New legislation came into force in October 2024 requiring employers to prevent sexual harassment in the workplace. This short course can form part of the employer’s strategy to raise awareness and reduce the risk of occurrence. Trainees will review examples of sexual harassment in the workplace and know how to respond accordingly.

Learning Outcomes
By the end of this course, learners will be able to:
- Define the term ‘sexual harassment’.
- Recognise the requirement to prevent sexual harassment.
- Identify situations that are considered sexual harassment.
- Know how to respond if you are a witness or victim of sexual harassment.
Assessment
This course contains a multiple-choice quiz, which must be completed online and graded immediately with a passing score of 80%. If you fail, you can re-attempt it, and tutor support can be provided upon request.
