IATA AHM1110 11.2 GEN08 | Approx. 12-16 hrs | Self-study online

The Supervision and Oversight course is designed for aviation professionals in supervisory roles, providing the tools and techniques needed to lead effectively, maintain safety standards, and drive operational excellence.

It is suitable for Team Leaders, Supervisors and Duty Managers. Ideal for those new to the role, or as part of a development programme to prepare for promotion into a supervisory position.

Individuals can study online at their own pace, or tutor-led courses can be arranged for groups of six or more candidates. This course includes a PDF certificate, issued upon completion of a knowledge assessment. Candidates are also provided with a competency assessment document that can be completed in the workplace to supplement the certificate.

Assessment

Knowledge Assessment

This course includes a multiple-choice quiz that must be completed online and graded immediately, with a passing score of 80%. If you fail, you can re-attempt it, and tutor support is available. The certificate is awarded upon completion of this assessment.

Competency Assessment

IATA AHM1110 GEN08 recommends an element of practical training and assessment; therefore, upon completion of the online course, you will be provided a competency form that can be used to complement your certificate. This is optional, and can also be amended to your specific role or organisation.
