The Airport Lounges (PAX13) course provides learners with the knowledge required to deliver professional and effective service within airport lounge environments. It focuses on lounge procedures, passenger access management, operational documentation, and the safe use of lounge equipment to support a high-quality passenger experience.
Participants will develop an understanding of lounge operations, service standards, and professional interaction with eligible passengers. The course emphasises operational awareness, clear communication with passengers and colleagues, and coordination between teams to maintain consistent service standards within the lounge environment.
The course also includes our Basic Food Safety Awareness in Food Service course to support safe food handling practices within the lounge environment.
