Gain a general awareness of the Dangerous Goods Regulations (DGR) and specific knowledge required for various functions to comply with the requirements of IATA DGR 1.5. This version of the course is suitable for staff who work in ground operations, both front-of-house and back-of-house, in a multi-skilled role. This incorporates the training requirement for staff carrying out the following functions:

- Accepting Passenger and Crew Baggage (Check-in)
- Direct Passenger Contact at an Airport
- Planning of Aircraft Loading
- Flight Operations Officers
- Flight Dispatchers & Turnaround Coordinators
Multi-skilled operatives typically work in FBOs and for handling agents in smaller airports.
Note: This training complies with the requirements of both IATA and the UK CAA for staff working for ground handling agents, FBOs, airports, warehouses, and agencies. They can also be purchased by anyone currently seeking employment in the industry.
